REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bullfrog Prints Canada, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Because all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions
As a print-on-demand store, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind — except as outlined below.
We Do Accept Returns/Replacements For:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or design)
- Items lost in transit
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at bullfrogprints.ca@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
Change-of-Mind Returns — Store Credit
We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right. If you'd like to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
