REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bullfrog Prints Canada, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Because all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

As a print-on-demand store, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order.

We Do Accept Returns/Replacements For:

• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or design)
• Items lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at bullfrogprints.ca@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping For approved defective/incorrect items, you do not need to return the product — we'll make it right.

Sizing & Colour Disclaimer Please review our size guides carefully before ordering. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and print production. These are not considered defects.
